Entering the school site

When your child returns to school the way they access their classroom will have changed to ensure the safety of everyone and ensure will meet the requirements of social distancing.

  • As a school we have put social distancing markers in place around the school site, please do follow these when moving around with your child.

  • We have staggered drop offs and collection times and it is really important that these are abided by so that we can limit the number of people on site.

  • Drop offs need to be prompt so please explain this to your child before you get to school.
  • There will be no car parking available in Colchester Close carpark, please walk or ride to school where possible

The guidance from the DFE stipulates: 'If a child needs to be accompanied onto the education setting then only one adult may attend.'  With this in mind if you are safely able to leave any siblings at home, please do so.  IF you are unable to leave siblings safely at home, you will have to bring them onto the site but they must remain with you at all times and follow the route outlined to collect or drop off your child.
