Behaviour
At Mitcheldean Endowed Primary School, we believe that unless our pupils feel safe, feel special and have their needs met, they will be unable to access learning. We are a caring community, whose values are built on our Christian ethos of mutual trust and respect for all.
We have high expectations of behaviour and personal achievement for all our pupils. This is established by providing a caring and stimulating environment. Pupils are encouraged to be independent, develop self-control and show respect for others.
At our school we are committed to creating an environment where exemplary behaviour is at the heart of productive learning. Everyone is expected to maintain the highest standards of personal conduct, to accept responsibility for their behaviour and encourage others to do the same.
We have 3 simple rules that everybody strives to demonstrate
- Be The Best You Can Be,
- Be Respectful
- Be Safe
